Brandman University
Brandman University is a regionally accredited, non-profit, private university offering a wide range of degree, certification, and professional programs for working adults. Students may study at any of the school's 25 campuses, located throughout Washington and California, or electronically via the school's online virtual campus. Brandman University offers over 50 programs in health and education, arts and sciences, and business.Brandman University is a Yellow Ribbon School, and is listed on Military.com and in G.I. Brandman University's online degrees are offer through five academic schools: School of Education; School of Business and Professional Studies; School of Arts and Sciences; The Marybelle and S. Paul Musco School of Nursing and Health Professions; and School of Extended Education.
The university is well known for its nursing program. The Brandman University Marybelle and S. Paul Musco School of Nursing and Health Professions was founded in 2009 and quickly became well known within the community that top provider of professional nursing education and credentials. The two most popular nursing programs offered at Brandman include the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Healthcare Innovation (MHI). The school was the first in the region to offer a DNP degree with specializations in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care (PNP-AC), Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (GNP) and Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FPMHNP).
In addition to an online program which allows students throughout the United States to complete career-oriented degree programs, Brandman also has campus located throught California and several locations in the state of Washington.
Accreditation
Brandman University is a member of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), and is regionally accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
