Eastern Oregon University

Eastern Oregon University (EOU) is a state-funded university located in La Grande, Oregon. EOU is part of the Oregon University System, along with six other four-year, state-funded universities in Oregon.

EOU serves a student body of roughly 4,500 students. About half of these students are online students, completing their coursework and programs via EOU's Online Campus. The majority of students at EOU earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, which requires a quarter of science, instead of a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, which requires two years of a foreign language.

Online Degrees at EOU

EOU offers online degree programs and courses that are designed for working professionals and busy students. EOU classes can be taken whenever and wherever it's most convenient for you. EOU offers more than a dozen online bachelor's degrees with minors -- all of which can be completedly entirely online. Online degrees are available for both new students and transfer students.

Online classes are even available for full-time students attending campus. And if you don't want to take all your classes online, EOU offers campus-based classes and course at over 16 campus locations throughout Oregon.

Online undergraduate degrees are EOU cost roughtly $140 per credit hour, making EOU one of the most affordable options for earning an online degree. Other universities in Oregon charge nearly $350 per credit hour.

At the undergraduate level, online degrees are offered in business administration, English, economics, history, liberal studies, anthropology, fire services administration, psychology, physical health, and early childhood education. Graduate degrees are offered in teaching, business administration, fine arts, and education.
