University of South Alabama
A population of more than a million people live within reach of the University of South Alabama, which is located Mobile. It is the only major public university in the upper Gulf Coast and offers a large variety of graduate and undergraduate areas of study for residence of Mobile and the surrounding regions. In addition to an expansive selection of undergraduate degrees, the university also offers masters and doctorate level graduate degree programs.The university offers more than 50 bachelor’s and certificate programs , as well as 40 master’s degrees. The most popular fields of study include Business Administration, Audiology, Basic Medical Sciences, Nursing, Communication Sciences and Disorders and Marine Science, among others. Degrees are awarded through one of the university's ten academic colleges and schools, which includes two state-sponsored medical schools.
